What to tell us
The more of this you can answer, the faster we can help — and the better we can allow the right amount of time for your inspection.
- What you are seeing or hearing, and roughly when it started
- Where — attic, walls, kitchen, garage, yard, vehicle
- Time of day you hear activity
- Your area — Foothills, Vail, Marana and so on
- Roughly when the house was built, and whether it has a tile roof
- Other structures — casita, workshop, shed, detached garage, barn
- Vehicles or RVs that sit unmoved
- Anyone with asthma or significant allergies in the household
If you have photographed droppings or damage, send them. It frequently lets us confirm the species before anyone is on a ladder.
Service area
We cover Tucson and the surrounding Pima County communities:
- Catalina Foothills 85718
- Tanque Verde 85749
- Oro Valley 85737
- Vail 85641
- Sam Hughes 85716
- East Tucson
- South Tucson
- Marana
That list is where we work most often, not a hard boundary. If you are nearby and not listed, ask — we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.
Urgent situations
Some things genuinely should not wait:
- Chewed electrical wiring — a fire risk. Tell us when you call, and consider an electrician in parallel.
- A dead animal smell in a wall or duct, particularly after DIY poison use
- Someone being bitten at night, which may indicate displaced kissing bugs
- A vehicle that will not start with a visible nest under the hood
- Rodent activity in a commercial kitchen ahead of an inspection
Say so when you get in touch and we will prioritise accordingly.
Business and commercial enquiries
Restaurants, warehouses, HOAs, self-storage and multi-unit properties should use the commercial quote form, which asks the questions we need to scope a site properly.
What happens after you get in touch
We aim to reply the same business day. On that first call we are trying to establish three things: which species you are most likely dealing with, whether anything about the situation is urgent, and how long your inspection needs.
That last point matters more than people expect. A midtown bungalow with a mouse in the kitchen is a different appointment from a five-acre Vail property with three outbuildings, two stored vehicles and an RV. Booking the wrong length means either a rushed inspection or a wasted afternoon, and neither helps you.
We will then agree a time. Somebody needs to be home to let us into the attic and to walk the property with us — partly for access, and partly because the walkthrough is where you see the photographs and ask questions. It is genuinely more useful than reading a report afterwards.
How we handle your information
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and to schedule work. We do not sell contact details to lead-generation companies, which is unfortunately common in this industry and is why people who request one pest control quote online often receive calls from six companies.
If you send photographs, we may use them internally to brief the technician attending. We will not publish them anywhere without asking you first.
If we are not the right fit
Sometimes we are not, and we would rather say so quickly than waste your time.
- Bats. Different animal, different legal protections, different season restrictions on exclusion work. We will point you toward someone who specialises in it.
- Snakes, bees or scorpions as the primary problem rather than something found alongside rodents.
- Structural repair beyond sealing — roof replacement, significant adobe restoration, electrical work. We identify and document it; specialists carry it out.
- Outside our reach. If you are too far out for us to service properly, we will tell you on the first call rather than after an inspection.
A referral costs us nothing and it is more useful to you than a company stretching to cover something it does not do well.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, call and say so directly. We would far rather hear it from you than read it in a review, and most issues are fixable quickly if we know about them.
If work is covered under our warranty, have your scope document to hand — it lists every point we sealed, which makes the conversation factual rather than a disagreement about what was included.
Not ready to call?
Work through signs of rodents to identify what you are dealing with, read the FAQ, check pricing, or browse the blog — there is a good chance your question is already answered there.
The fastest way to get a useful answer
If you want the quickest path from "something is wrong" to "here is what to do," send three things: a short description of what you are seeing or hearing and where, a photograph of any droppings with a coin for scale, and your rough location. That is usually enough for us to tell you the likely species and whether it is urgent before we have even scheduled a visit.
From there we book the inspection, walk the property, and hand you a written scope. Same business day reply, and no obligation at any point.
When you are ready, book a free inspection. No obligation, no contract, no pressure.
Want it confirmed properly?
A free inspection identifies the species, every entry point and the scope of work — with photographs, in writing, before anyone quotes a figure.
